There is a small piece of land at the entrance of the shop to park
I didn't have a row when I went, but the locals like to line up before opening, and it usually doesn't take long. To be honest, Okinawa noodles and rice are really too literary. But I still have to try it. If you are interested, I can recommend you a few private meals, really non-tourists
The opening time is 11:30, but maybe a little earlier, about 11:20? So, if you put up with a little waiting time, if you arrive at the shop just after 11 o'clock, you will be able to eat delicious soba surprisingly smoothly. The taste doesn't say anything, it's just delicious!
The soba was different from other noddle and soup of soba. But its soup was deep and clean. Moreovee, the marinated meat was sweet and salty but well balaced with soup and noodle! The rice was also tasty. The more chewing I was, the more I felt the taste of noodle and rice! I recommed to visit here.
Nice local food. Not oily or protein laden, goes well on the palate. Very friendly local staff. The salted butter biscuits are very tasty too, do give it a try before you buy (30yen a piece). Parking is limited but the turnover rate is fast. English menu, staff can speak enough English to get by to serve you what you want.
Very tasty Okinawa’s style soba. Very reasonable prise.Highly recommended.
All fresh made, that's why every day only open from 11:30am to 2pm. Need prepare everything after close. Except need waiting outside for a while, also need take off your shoes while dining.
Nice food
It is not expensive and delicious. The soup of the noodle is great!
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, soba here was delicious! The broth was deliciously light, the pork was cooked to melty, tender perfection. And the noodles had just the right amount of softness and chewiness. Usually I enjoy noodle soups more on cold days as opposed to hot days, but I think that this bowl of noodles is so good that it can be eaten anytime, regardless of weather!
The food is simple but tasty! Eat it as is, then add the awamori into the soba. It’s spicy so be careful! It adds a kick. It’s like having the same dish in 2 ways. The restaurant is converted from a house and you are expected to take off your shoes before entering.
Indeed famous store! The parking lot can be stopped with 6 like a column. The shop people will tell you to replace your car.The Kotaki soki soba has rich noodles and is delicious.Next I want to eat juicy too!
Nice soba place, broth was light and just right.
Anyway, I love the noodles here. Simmering is also delicious with a simple taste, so the order is always boiled and soba small. It's delicious but delicious, but too old to eat ...I visited for the first time after the Shuri Castle Fire, but the number of customers seems to be decreasing. I would be happy if I could contribute even a little.
Soba. It seems to be particular about noodles.Boil. The taste is soaked and delicious.Parking Lot. It is difficult to find out whether it is Shuri.
Okinawa Style Soba is special
Hand made soba, mild taste n very chewy.
Tasty and reasonable price
Reach much earlier if you want to avoid a long queue. Waited in line for about an hour. Also note that the carpark is pretty small.Prices were cheap and decent servings. The noodle like people mentioned was chewy and the broth tasting light. The meat was the highlight as it was tender and delicious.
At the same time as the store opened, I was in the store, but there were already about 20 people. After all, I entered the store for about 30 minutes. The shop is quite large and can accommodate about 40 people per revolution. There are also tatami mats for large groups.Okinawa sobaThe taste is bonito strong soup stock, thin meat of three pieces. The noodles are flat, thick noodles. The hardness was a little firm and very delicious.JuicyI think it was the most delicious juice I've ever eaten! One dish you should eat by all means (and easy)Okinawa ZenzaiDifferent from Nachi, shaved ice and tsubuan, Shiratama Okinawa Zenzai. This was also delicious!Overall very satisfied
When I went there the place was not even open and there was a long queue outside the shop. There were approximately 20 people in the queue in front of us. When the shop opened, we still had to wait as the shop was filled. We waited for about 10mins before the shop open and then waited about another 15mins until we got seated. They only have a Japanese menu but the waiter knows minimal English and we were able to order what we wants. The food was served within 8mins. The noodles tasted so nice with the soup. The meat was tender! The bean curd and vegetables were tasty too! The rice ball had some curry inside it which was very tasty. The fried rice was very tasty too! We had a great time there! We will be back for more!
A simple small eating place that serve great tasty Soba... Worth trying!
This really a nice place for the local taste of the soba n ramen , best to go there before it start day if the business. It getting crowd after that , some picture to share ...
It's cheap and very good soba with soup.
She lives in Shuri Ishimine for two years, and after that she travels once a year and always visits soba shops. It's near the house where I lived, but not really here. Deji is fine.Dashi → elegant taste without habitThree pieces of meat → lightlyOf course, I like Okinawa soba, I like Shokari soba, and tempus, but I can only visit one place on a trip! Then here we go!At last, the Yui Rail is extended to Shuri Ishimine and I am surprised! To Urasoe Smart City!I want to live someday again.
An economic and good tasting family-style-restaurant. Worth waiting
Small parking lot
very yummy
famous soba, many peoples waited for taste it, but i feel just good only, i prefer to enjoy heavy taste...
Very authentic and cheap
When I visited for the first time, I felt the noodles in Shuri soba were crunchy like Japanese soba. I felt the same way, other customers were asking their employees if they were using buckwheat flour. The time it takes to get out of the order is very short and the customer seems to be spinning fast. It was very delicious including juicy. The parking lot next to the store is 3 rows x around 6 cars, but it is quite narrow. We were in the middle of the center row, but we were happy to leave without any inconvenience because we left the store together with the local couple who parked in front of them. Local people are accustomed to parking lots like this.
kind of hard to find, even you hv the gps. but just look for a place with long line...few opts to choose from, it is okinawa type noodle, it is thin one. taste great....
Hidden treasure.
Nice staff. Local service and nice food
Superb soba in pleasant broth. The addition of the pork dish is recommended. Be prepared to queue. Bring along an umbrella. Limited parking available. Opening hours: 11.30am - 2 pm
Nice noodles with very friendly staff
There is already a long queue of locals, tourists before the restaurant opens at 11.30am. Have to queue for about one hour to get in. The soba may be too al dente for some people. The rice is great and goes well with the sauce from the pork dish. The elderly lady serving us can speak simple English. The pork is not tender enough especially the lean parts. The salted biscuit for 30 yen is nice and is a local Okinawa snack, which can be bought in supermarket.
Authentic noodles. Soup taste salty initially but the after taste is good..and the pork...sooo good
The Soba is delicious! Oishi.. Suggest to order small bowl (standard only Soba, 3 sizes;small medium n large). Order side dish, Okinawa mixed rice. Very delicious with pork lard.
